Singapore F1 Race Week, the Stags Head Way: Daily Happy Hour & Extended Dinner Hours

Stags Head 09

Stags Head Steakhouse at Pan Pacific Singapore will offer all-day dining and extended dinner hours across the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix weekend from 9 to 11 October 2026, giving racegoers greater flexibility to dine around the weekend’s action in the heart of Marina Centre. From Friday to Sunday, guests can drop in throughout the day for wood-fired steaks and British-inspired dishes, enjoy one-for-one Happy Hour drinks in the Library Bar & Lounge from 3pm to 7pm, or settle in for a later dinner, with last seating extended to 10:30pm.

Start Early with One-for-One Happy Hour, 3pm-7pm

The Library Bar & Lounge opens from 11:30am, with Stags Head’s Happy Hour running every day from 3pm to 7pm, including Saturday and Sunday.

Guests can enjoy one-for-one beers, ciders, cocktails and wines, accompanied by a chef’s selection of complimentary sliders with the purchase of drinks.

Settle into the Library Lounge with a Martini, Manhattan or Negroni and a few complimentary bites before making your way to the Dining Room for dinner — or simply make Stags Head your meeting point before heading into the evening’s race-week festivities.

All-Day Dining

From Friday through Sunday of race week, Stags Head will open 11:30am and offer all-day dining, as well as extend dinner reservations until 10:30pm last seating, giving greater flexibility for those navigating a packed Grand Prix weekend.

At the heart of dinner is the restaurant’s wood-fired steak programme. Signature cuts are grilled over charcoal and applewood, including Australian F1 Wagyu Porterhouse, Tomahawk and Dry-Aged Bone-In Sirloin, with larger cuts designed for sharing across the table.

And during Formula 1 weekend, ordering the Australian F1 Wagyu feels particularly fitting.

The menu draws further inspiration from the British Isles, with dishes including Freshly Shucked Irish Oysters, Crab Thermidor, Stags Beef Tartare and Baked Bone Marrow with oxtail jam.

Sides lean equally into British steakhouse indulgence: Yorkshire Puddings with beef dripping jus, Beef Fat Roast Potatoes, Mac & Cheese and the new Cottage Pie, made with slow-braised Wagyu, bone marrow, pommes purée and sourdough crumb.

Sunday Roast Meets Race Day

For those joining us on Sunday, there’s another distinctly British tradition on the table. Stags Head’s British Sunday Roasts are available for both lunch and dinner, bringing generous sharing cuts to the table alongside beef-fat roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, gravy and chef-selected seasonal vegetables –

Choose from Chateaubriand, Dry-Aged Bone-In Sirloin, Dingley Dell Double Pork Chop or Barnsley Lamb Chop, with cuts designed to serve between two and five guests.

From Mayfair to Marina Centre

Beyond the menu, Stags Head was designed to capture the enduring character of London’s great dining rooms. Mayfair-inspired cocktails meet a curated Commonwealth and Old World wine list, while rich interiors, eccentric artwork and the Library Lounge offer a welcome change of pace from the energy outside.
